Mr. Atul Kanade
With more than 30 years of experience in managing five-star hotels, American cruise lines, hospital catering, flight kitchens and fine-dine restaurants in India, Chef Atul Kanade is a magician in the kitchen. Inspired to cook at a young age, he has spent years working and training in kitchens overseas and in India, developing his own style. He received critical recognition in 2007 when he was chosen as the executive Sous-Chef at Sun-N-Sand Hotel Juhu, Mumbai. He is a mastermind who works his magic with comfort food, well-balanced ingredients and global cuisine.
Some of his signature dishes are Braised Chicken & Bamboo Shoot, Barbados Ke Jhinge, Indo Thai Seekh kebab and much more.
